At Wild for Life we believe that getting to know wildlife up close is one of the best ways to connect the public with that we are all trying to protect.
When birds come to us, sometimes their injuries are too severe to allow them to return to a life in the wild. If they recover enough to feed themselves and have the right kind of temperament, we apply to the NCWRC and the USFWS for residency permits and those birds become our public education Ambassadors!
